Much of what we have been taught about sexuality begins with behaviour:
How to communicate, How to increase desire.
How to have better sex.How to perform.
But sexuality doesn't begin there.
It lives in the body.
And the body responds to safety, sensation, emotion,
desire, relationship and meaning.
VILATES brings these dimensions together
so that sexuality can be explored as something
embodied rather than something you think your way through.
