Vilates

Where women reclaim their bodies, their pleasure, and their erotic sovereignty.

A trauma-informed approach to intimacy and sexuality that integrates nervous system science,

female pleasure anatomy, and embodied sacred sexuality.

For women ready to come home to themselves.

If you’ve arrived here, there’s usually a reason.

Perhaps intimacy feels distant.

Perhaps desire has faded in ways you don’t understand.

Perhaps you love your partner deeply and yet something inside your body feels disconnected.

Or perhaps you sense that there is a depth of pleasure and aliveness available to you that you’ve never quite been shown how to access.

You may be a woman who appears capable and emotionally intelligent in every area of life.

And yet when it comes to your body, your sexuality, or your intimate relationships, something remains unresolved.

If this feels familiar, you are not alone.

And nothing has gone wrong.

You have simply never been taught the language of your own sexual system.

The body is not the problem.

For generations women have been taught to override sensation, perform intimacy, and disconnect from their own erotic intelligence.

Vilates exists as a pathway back.

Back to the intelligence of the body.

Back to the truth of the female sexual system.

Back to a relationship with pleasure that is grounded in safety, sovereignty, and consent.

This work sits at the intersection where science meets the sacred.

Where nervous system literacy meets ancient wisdom.

Where healing and pleasure become part of the same unfolding.

How women arrive here.

Women often arrive at Vilates during moments of quiet realisation.

Lying in bed beside their partner but feeling emotionally distant.

Reaching a milestone birthday and wondering where their vitality went.

Noticing that intimacy has become something they endure rather than inhabit.

Or hearing a conversation that finally describes something they have been feeling for years.

Vilates exists for that moment.

The moment when a woman decides she doesn’t want to live disconnected from herself any longer.

Meet Peta

I’m Peta, a trauma-informed somatic sex, love, and relationship coach, with an academic background in sexology.

My work bridges neuroscience, female pleasure anatomy, and the lineage practices of Tantra and Taoism.

I believe that talking alone can only take us so far.

Real transformation happens when understanding is integrated through the body.

Vilates was born from my own journey of reclaiming sexuality after motherhood and trauma.

Today I guide other women through that same reclamation.
