VILATES™

A place where women reclaim their bodies, their pleasure, and their erotic sovereignty.

A trauma-informed, body-led approach to intimacy that integrates nervous system science, female pleasure anatomy, and embodied sacred sexuality.

Many women arrive here quietly wondering why intimacy, desire, or connection no longer feels the way it once did.

Thoughtful, confident, capable women who’ve navigated life stages like motherhood, relationships, careers, and the complexities of life with strength and success.

And yet something inside their bodies feels unresolved.

Vilates exists for that moment of recognition.

What women often say after beginning this work

I was avoiding intimacy in my relationship and if I was ever doing anything intimate, I just wanted to get it over with. But after working with Peta, I’ve had a massive psychological shift and am feeling more connected with my body and more confident in exploring my pleasure with my partner.
If you’re willing to break down some barriers and be vulnerable, Peta will guide you through an amazing journey of rediscovering what it means to be a woman. I am recommending this to all my friends, 100%. it’s a must

The quiet experience many women share

So many women feel disconnected from their bodies without fully understanding why.

Desire changes.

Intimacy becomes complicated.

Pleasure becomes something they analyse rather than inhabit.

Often they begin to wonder whether something in them is broken.

In reality, the female sexual system is deeply connected to the nervous system and emotional safety.

When that relationship is understood, many things begin to make sense.

Your body isn’t broken, you’ve just never been taught the conditions it needs to open.

Vilates sits at the intersection of several disciplines that are rarely integrated together.

Somatic trauma healing

Neuroscience and nervous system literacy

Female pleasure anatomy

The embodied traditions of Tantra and Taoism

Together these perspectives reveal something simple yet powerful.

The body carries intelligence.

When that intelligence is understood and supported, intimacy, sexuality, and pleasure become something entirely different.

Where science meets the sacred

Peta held such a safe and respectful space that I felt able to explore parts of myself I had never spoken about before. The work was far deeper than I expected and genuinely transformational.
I felt completely supported throughout the process

Experiences from women who have explored Vilates

What changes through this work

Before

Disconnected from the body
Avoiding intimacy
Shame around loss of desire
Feeling broken

After

At home in the body
Intimacy as nourishment
Confidence in desire
Embodied sexual sovereignty

I came to this work through my own search for answers that were not easily available.

After becoming a mother and navigating my own history of trauma, #metoo, I realised that many of the frameworks around sexuality were incomplete.

Over time I immersed myself in sexology, somatic healing, and sacred sexuality traditions.

Vilates is the integration of those fields.

Private Mentorship

A select number of women each year choose to explore this work privately. The Rebirth is a four-month 1:1 container for women ready to explore the Vilates Method in a deeply personalised way.

I realised I was experiencing a fear of my own sexuality. I don’t trust very well, and it’s hard being vulnerable and letting go. But working with Peta has been so unexpectedly profound, it’s sparked deeper communication with my partner which helped me resolve a block I didn’t even know I was carrying, and as a result I feel like I’ve had a breakthrough.
